Univenta – Modern Heating and Cooling for Homes

Univenta is a company operating in the field of heating and cooling technologies. The company is known for its innovation, quality, and many years of market experience. Univenta has developed its own top-tier product, Delgado, which sets a new standard in ceiling heating and cooling systems.

Assignment

The client requested the creation of a marketing strategy for the next three years, with the first year focused on Slovakia and the following years on the Central European markets. The client also wanted to change the target audience’s perception to understand that the ceiling cooling system can also be used for heating. Another goal was to improve the overall business and marketing of Univenta, increase product demand, and boost the company’s revenue and profit.

Solution

We proposed a comprehensive approach to improving Univenta’s brand communication and perception, encompassing honesty, authenticity, and trust. This approach was reflected in various communication channels and tools. The key points of the solution included:

  1. Creative concept focusing on honesty and experience, demonstrating the company’s expertise and building trust with customers.
  2. Communication ecosystem using the SEE-THINK-DO-CARE model to cover all stages of the customer journey from awareness to care for existing customers.

Update of the brand’s visual identity:

  1. Brandcode – In communication, a so-called brandcode will be used, which will be the main element linking the various channels, visuals, and campaign phases. The brandcode will help make the brand clearly identifiable and distinguishable from competitors.
  2. Logo a Claim – Changing the claim in the company’s logo to make it clearer for the end customer and to highlight the company’s innovation. For foreign markets, a claim in English was prepared, which has a more sophisticated approach and expresses the company’s emotional statement.
  3. Vizuálny štýl – Using a pattern in situations where needed, linking the overall brand appearance. The pattern uses a repeated symbol that creates a unified look and enhances the brand’s exclusivity and quality.
  4. Application of visuals – The application of visuals includes using the logo, headlines, bylines, brandcode, and presenting the Delgado product on various platforms, including billboards, city lights, Facebook, YouTube, and other formats to increase awareness and demand.

With this approach, we ensured that the Univenta brand would be perceived as a reliable and innovative company capable of meeting its customers’ needs and significantly increasing its market share and profitability.
